Fans attack Holy Ten on stage at Zvishavane concert – Famous controversial rapper, Mukudzeyi Chitsama, aka Holy Ten, was attacked by a yet-to-be-identified men while performing on stage at his concert in Zvishavane on Sunday.

Holy Ten, has been on tour promoting his most recent album, Risky Life 2, which he released on February 10th, 2024.

The album contains hits such as Secondary School, Banga, Baba, Vasina Basa and Sorry Boss.

Holy Ten’s latest album, Risky Life 2, has been met with great success on various streaming platforms, including YouTube. The rapper has also topped the charts on Zimbabwean Apple Music since the album’s release last month.

The positive feedback from these streaming platforms indicated that the public had received Risky Life 2 positively. Despite this, Holy Ten’s recent experience over the weekend has revealed a significant disconnect.

After arriving in the Midlands, the rapper electrified the crowd in Zvishavane with his performance. However, things quickly turned sour.

Midway into the concert, the singer was attacked by an aggressive attendees who forced their way through the mammoth crowd to the stage.

Some fans began throwing objects on stage.

It is currently unknown what prompted such behavior.

A video that has since gone viral on Instagram reveals an angry mob pointing at the singer before chasing the rapper outside the venue.

The person shooting the video can be heard yelling, “Holy Ten” anouraiwa uyu which loosely translate to Holy Ten could be killed.

After the incident in Zvishavane, Holy Ten released a video addressing the public’s behavior. He shared pictures of his damaged tour vehicle, including smashed and vandalized windows. The rapper expressed deep disappointment that someone would try to tear down his career, especially after completing the Risky Life 2 project without any outside support. Holy Ten went on to suggest that the violence in Zvishavane may have been deliberately orchestrated as an act of sabotage.
