Chitungwiza prophet in botched @bortion storm
A self-styled prophet has been arrested for allegedly forc!ng his girlfriend to t£rminate a pregnancy at a house in Chitungwiza.Moses Chitara (36) forc£d his pregnant girlfriend to take three tablets which resulted in the unlawful @bortion.
National police spokesperson, Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyathi, confirmed the arrest.
“Police in Harare have arrested a self-styled prophet, Moses Chitara (36) in connection with unlawful t£rmination of pregnancy which occurred at a certain house in Unit N, Seke, Chitungwiza,” he said.
“The suspect forc£d his pregnant girlfriend to take three tablets which resulted in the pregnancy being t£rmin@ted.”
Meanwhile, Police in Banket are investigating a case of b@by dumping in which a two weeks old baby girl was found dump£d in a white napkin on Saturday at Shankuru Farm.
The baby is now receiving care at Banket Hospital.
