Zimbabwean Man Pretends To Have A Disability To Cash In On The Streets Of South Africa
A Zimbabwean man is causing a stir for pretending to have a disability so he can beg and cash in from well-wishers in South Africa.
The unidentified man had struggled to get a job, and he thought of a hack that could give him easy money with little effort.
He hustled a bit and found crutches no longer in use. He took them and decided to act like a person with a disability. Armed with tons of confidence and crutches, he went onto the streets.
The hustler managed to do some practice and mastered how to walk like he had a disability. He then went into the streets to beg from motorists.
The man would walk exaggeratedly with his crutches and a cup in hand as he begged from well-wishers. However, a Zimbabwean motorist recognised that he was a compatriot and he was duping South Africans.
One day, the motorist shot a video of the hustler at work. As he approached the traffic lights, they got into a conversation.
Speaking in Shona, the motorist asked the street guy where he had been all this while. The pretender then revealed that he had gone to Zimbabwe but is now back. The motorist handed him a banknote before asking the man to walk. He heeds and lifts his crutches before jumping and marching. Tickled, the motorist asks him to walk like he has a disability, to which he walks, cracking up other motorists who burst into laughter.
