“Men avoid dating me thinking lm transgender” – Bearded woman opens up about her struggles (VIDEO) – Elsie, a Tanzanian woman, has opened up about the struggles she faces as a result of suffering from Hirsutism, a rare condition that causes excessive hair growth on the face and body. She has been dealing with the condition since childhood and has had to face numerous challenges due to it.

Speaking in an interview with Wasafi Media, Elsie revealed that people often mistake her for a transgender person, and men avoid dating her, fearing that she is not a “real” woman. Many people have labeled her a transgender person, which has made it difficult for Elsie to find a partner. She said that men often lose interest in her once they find out about her facial hair.

Despite these challenges, Elsie has learned to accept herself and sees herself as God’s creation. She firmly believes that God created her that way for a reason and that she is not any different from other women. She has one daughter, and she is proud of who she is, despite society’s perceptions of her.

“I accepted myself because it’s natural. I was given by God. But there are a lot of challenges that I do face. Some people think I am transgender, but I would like to clarify that I am a woman. I have been blessed with one daughter and I am just okay. Many people wonder when they see me because I look different, but I am just like any other woman. Men fear me and they go around asking my friends if I am a real woman or transgender,” she said.

Elsie’s story highlights the need for more awareness and understanding of rare medical conditions such as Hirsutism. She shows that people living with such conditions are just like everyone else and should not be stigmatized or discriminated against. Elsie’s strength and self-acceptance serve as an inspiration to others who may be struggling with similar challenges.
