Nigerian woman angered after immigration officer cuts her eyelashes for passport photo

A young woman expresses deep disappointment with Nigerian Immigration officers after they trimmed her artificial eyelashes during the process of renewing her passport.

 

A circulating video on social media captures the moment the lady is given the choice to go natural during the passport photo capture, with the immigration officer using scissors to trim her lashes for a more natural look.

 

The immigration officer could be seen using scissors to trim the lashes of the lady to achieve a natural look [/b]for her passport renewal.

 

Expressing disappointment, the lady lamented how uncomfortable the process was and how belittling it made her feel.

 

In the caption of her video, she wrote, “Renewing my passport and they had to take my picture. They said I cant have my picture with my lashes done. They are saying I have to cut my lashes. I’m so sad man.”
