Live Wire Nightmare! Sleepover Turns Deadly in Shocking Accident
A sleepover in Mazabuka ended in heartbreak after a 26-year-old woman, identified as Catherine, was found deceased.
Local authorities believe Catherine died from electrocution after coming into contact with a live cable.
The incident occurred around 10:10 pm on Wednesday, April 17th, at the house belonging to Christopher Lubasi, a friend of Catherine’s boyfriend, John Banda.
Mr. Lubasi discovered Catherine and reported the incident to the police. Authorities are currently searching for Mr. Banda, who they believe can shed light on the circumstances surrounding Catherine’s death.
An investigation is underway.
Sources say Catherine was from Lusaka and had been staying at Mr. Banda’s residence. Mr. Banda, believed to be in his early twenties and a practicing herbalist, is currently at large.
The cause of death is pending a full investigation.
