Pregnant Harare Woman Confronts Lover’s Wife in Midnight Call Over Hidden Relationship – In a startling turn of events, a pregnant woman from Harare took matters into her own hands by calling her married lover’s wife in the dead of night.

Bertha Chindewere, tired of being kept in the shadows regarding her relationship with Anesu Dumbura, decided to confront the situation head-on.

H Metro reports that she expressed her desire to be acknowledged openly, not as a clandestine “small house” hidden from public knowledge.

“I just want him to acknowledge our child openly, not keep me as an underground girlfriend, which he wants so that I remain unknown,” she stated.

After the midnight call, Anesu declined to share his perspective on the incident.

This isn’t the first time their relationship has hit a rough patch. Last December, they found themselves in court in Chitungwiza due to a dispute over money Bertha was requesting.

Bertha’s frustrations stemmed from Anesu’s reluctance to introduce her to his relatives and his subsequent denial of responsibility for the baby after she informed his wife about the pregnancy.

“I demanded that he introduce me to his relatives, but he backed out,” Bertha lamented. “Everything seemed fine at first, but when I pushed for acknowledgment, he started avoiding me.”

Their once promising discussions about the baby’s name turned into arguments as Anesu distanced himself, opting to communicate only through calls and money transfers.
