Generous Support: New Gospel Album Fetches a Remarkable US$27,000 as Scott, Chimombe, and Musavengana Make Significant Contributions – Gospel artist and entrepreneur Jerdan Paradise finds himself speechless as his latest album, ‘Kudenga Zvarongwa,’ fetches a staggering US$27,000 at auction. Launched recently at the Anglican Cathedral in Harare’s Central Business District, the event left Paradise in awe of the overwhelming support from the business community.

Paradise, also a music teacher, was astonished when businessman Scott Sakupwanya offered US$5,000 for a copy of the album. Black empowerment figures Mike Chimombe and Paul Tungwarara each purchased copies for US$5,000, while Aphia Nyasha Musavengana, president of Concord Young Women in Business, made the highest bid of the day at US$10,000. Socialite Fally Junior contributed US$2,000, ultimately leaving Paradise US$27,000 richer in a single night.

In an interview with H-Metro, Paradise expressed gratitude for the support, believing it signifies the beginning of success. He credited individuals like Sakupwanya, Tungwarara, Aphia Nyasha, Fally Junior, and Chimombe for their overwhelming support.
