ZRP Seek Public Help After Human Head Found Near Save Valley Conservancy – Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) in Masvingo Province are appealing to members of the public for assistance in identifying a human head that was discovered near the forests of Save Valley Conservancy.
Masvingo provincial police spokesperson, Inspector Kudakwashe Dhewa, said the human head was found on September 1 last year.
“The human head appears to have been in the forest for a long period. When it was discovered, there was no body or any other body parts found at the scene,” said Inspector Dhewa.
He added that the police are calling on members of the public who may be missing a relative to come forward and assist with information, including viewing the remains to help determine the identity of the deceased.

Inspector Dhewa said anyone with information that may help identify the remains should contact the Officer-in-Charge at ZRP Bikita, Chief Inspector Morgan Chatikobo, on 0772 549 755, or the Investigating Officer, Assistant Inspector Patson Kambuya, on 0773 805 612. Alternatively, members of the public may report to their nearest police station.
