Zimbabwean Sangoma Offers Help to South African Woman With Mysterious Aging Condition

Zimbabwean Sangoma Offers Help to South African Woman With Mysterious Aging Condition – A Zimbabwean traditional healer based in Durban has offered assistance to a South African woman whose alleged unexplained aging condition has attracted widespread attention on social media.

According to reports, 30-year-old Tinotenda Mutinhiri, who describes himself as both a sangoma and pastor, said he was moved by the plight of 31-year-old Snenhlahla Khoza from Mtubatuba in KwaZulu-Natal.

Speaking on the matter, Mutinhiri expressed his willingness to help.

“I wish to help that lady,” he said.

However, he stressed that he would only become involved with the consent of Khoza and her family.

Khoza’s story gained public attention after she appeared on Thuleleni TV appealing for assistance. She claims that her condition began in 2022 while she was involved in a relationship with a foreign national.

According to Khoza, she subsequently developed a skin condition that caused her appearance to change dramatically, making her appear significantly older than her age.

Her family alleges that the transformation has been so severe that she now appears older than her mother.

Khoza said her family has sought help from medical practitioners, prophets and traditional healers in an effort to find answers.

Despite pursuing both medical and spiritual interventions, she claims that her condition has not improved.

She further alleged that several spiritual practitioners informed her that she had been bewitched and that the condition could not be cured.

The story has generated mixed reactions online, with some social media users expressing sympathy and support, while others have questioned claims linking the condition to witchcraft or spiritual attacks.
