World’s Smallest Penis Claimant Offered Free US$20,000 Enhancement Procedure by Beverly Hills Doctor -A 38-year-old man from North Carolina in the United States, who claims to have the world’s smallest penis, has been offered a free cosmetic enhancement procedure worth US$20,000 by a Beverly Hills doctor.

Dr. Robert Dorfman said he was touched by the story of Michael Phillips, who has publicly spoken about living with a medically diagnosed micropenis and the impact it has had on his confidence and daily life.

“I understand how deeply personal these concerns can be,” Dorfman said.

“They can have a significant impact on self-esteem and confidence. If I have the opportunity to help someone feel better about themselves, I’m happy to offer my services at no cost.”

Phillips previously revealed that his condition has affected his self-esteem and everyday activities. He said his penis measures approximately 0.38 inches and claimed he experiences difficulty urinating comfortably.

Earlier this year, he launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise money for enlargement surgery but later removed it after learning about the potential risks, including loss of sensation and erectile function. He has since indicated that he is interested in non-surgical alternatives.

Dr. Dorfman has now offered Phillips his “Mr. Big Shot” procedure, a non-surgical treatment that uses cosmetic filler injections to increase penile girth in about 30 minutes. The doctor said prospective patients first undergo a consultation to determine whether they are suitable candidates.

According to Dorfman, his aim is to help patients improve their confidence through safe and personalised treatment.

Phillips has also previously expressed interest in applying for a Guinness World Records title for having the world’s smallest penis. Should he accept the doctor’s offer, he could undergo the enhancement procedure free of charge.
