UPDATE: Guruve Serial Killer Anymore Zvitsva Accused of Killing 18 People

Anymore Zvitsva, a suspected serial killer from Guruve who has instilled fear in the community for the past year, appeared in a Harare court on Monday.

According to the Herald, he faces serious charges, including the murder of 18 individuals.

The 33-year-old is charged with eight counts of murder, two counts of attempted murder, and two counts of rape.

Currently under heavy police guard at a local hospital, Zvitsva was remanded in custody until January 19 by Harare provincial magistrate Mr. Vakayi Chikwekwe.
