Shona & Ndebele Provisional Licence Exams Set For Feb

The first group of people will write their dialect provisional licence in February as confirmed by the government.

The exams will be written in Ndebele and Shona.

This announcement came from Felix Mhona who is the Transport and Infrastructural Development minister.

“The Highway Code translation is being done with the help of MSU and the process is to be extended to all local languages in Zimbabwe so that every person will choose what he or she is comfortable with,” he said as he spoke during a road safety Indaba last week.

He added that having the highway code in vernacular will make it easy for those who prefer languages that are peculiar to them.
