Shawasha Hill Estate Introduces Monthly $5 Access Fee for Runners and Cyclists – The Shawasha Hills Residential Estate has announced the introduction of a mandatory access fee for runners and cyclists entering the estate, effective 1 March 2026.
In a notice issued by the Shawasha Hills Owners Association (SHOA) Administration, all individuals who access the estate for running or cycling purposes will be required to pay a monthly fee of USD $5 per person.

According to the statement, each registered runner or cyclist will be issued with an official Access Card, which must be presented and used upon entry into the estate.
The new system is aimed at strengthening access control measures and enhancing security within the residential community.
SHOA Administration indicated that the move forms part of ongoing efforts to maintain safety, security, and proper estate management.
Residents and regular runners have been encouraged to comply with the new requirements and to complete the registration process ahead of the effective date.

The estate management has expressed appreciation for the cooperation of all stakeholders as the new measures come into effect.
