Ronaldo Hints at Possible Retirement

Al Nassr striker Cristiano Ronaldo has suggested that retirement may be on the horizon, stating he feels he has “not much time left” to play football.

The Portuguese superstar made the remarks after scoring in Al Nassr’s 2-1 victory over Al Rayyan in the AFC Champions League.

Following the match, Ronaldo reflected on his career, saying, “I’m just enjoying playing football now as I know my time on the pitch is limited.”

He added, “It’s no longer important for me to be recognized as the best player or to win awards. What matters now is enjoying the game and supporting my team.”

Since joining Al Nassr in December 2022 after a tumultuous exit from Manchester United, Ronaldo has won only the Arab Club Champions Cup, despite his illustrious status as a five-time Ballon d’Or winner.
