Prophet Orasi Apologises to Nicholas Zakaria After Failed Attempts to Deliver Promised Prayer – Self-styled prophet Orasi has publicly apologised to veteran musician Madzibaba Nicholas Zakaria and his band, Khiama Boys, after multiple failed attempts to meet the artist for a promised prayer session.

In a statement posted on his social media platforms, Orasi said he had prayed earnestly for Zakaria following prophecies he received the previous night.

He revealed that he had been searching for the musician since last year, hoping to offer spiritual support.

According to Orasi, their first arranged meeting was disrupted after his vehicle was affected by contaminated fuel, forcing them to postpone.

Earlier in the year, he faced another setback when he was detained for three hours at a checkpoint while authorities verified his Swaziland-issued driver’s licence, which was later recorded as lost.

He added that he later found comfort knowing that another servant of God had prayed for Zakaria in his absence.

Orasi said that when they rescheduled once again, misfortune struck as his vehicle suffered an engine failure while he was on his way to meet the Khiama Boys leader.

“Prophet, I have suffered greatly,” Orasi quoted Zakaria as saying during their last communication. In his message, Orasi expressed regret for failing to fulfil his promise despite the repeated efforts.

He appealed for forgiveness from the revered musician, saying spiritual obstacles had hindered him from delivering the prayer he intended.

Zakaria, popularly known as Madzibaba, remains one of Zimbabwe’s most respected sungura musicians, with Khiama Boys boasting decades of influence in the local music industry.
