Nyazura Man Arrested for Allegedly Killing Wife Following Domestic Dispute – Police in Manicaland are investigating a case in which a man from Nyazura, Makoni District, allegedly k!lled his wife following a domestic dispute.
According to police reports, the incident occurred on 16 December 2025 in Village 7D1, Nyadzonya.
The suspect, Jealous Musasa (35), is accused of assaulting his wife, Monica Tabvuroona (30), after accusing her of failing to greet him. She reportedly sustained serious injuries and later succumbed while receiving medical attention.

In a separate incident, police in Chimanimani have arrested a 37-year-old man, Tonderai Masaiti, in connection with the murder of his elder brother, Benjamin Masaiti (43).
Authorities allege that Tonderai assisted his sister-in-law, Chipo Chirigo (45), in attacking the deceased following a dispute.
Police further allege that Tonderai was involved in an illicit relationship with Chirigo, who is currently on the run.
Police are appealing to members of the public with information that may assist in locating the suspect or advancing investigations to report to the nearest police station.
The cases have renewed calls for peaceful conflict resolution and increased awareness around domestic and family-related violence.
