Mapostori Sect members unleash brutal attack on accused womanizer
A disturbing video has emerged online, showing a Zimbabwean man being brutally attacked by a group of angry husbands who confronted him for alleged romantic involvements with their wives.
Crimewatch Zimbabwe’s latest X post exposes a chilling incident of mob justice involving Mapostori sect members. The video captures a brutal beating,
where multiple men hold the victim down while others repeatedly strike him with rubber-like sticks.
The attack was reportedly provoked by accusations of cheating with the man alleged to have had intimate relationships with several married women. The women dissatisfied in their marriages sought comfort in the man’s arms.
The clip sparked a heated debate. Opinions were sharply divided, with some condemning vigilante justice and advocating for legal recourse, while others believed the man deserved punishment for his alleged infidelity.
