Kuwadzana Family to Relocate After Tragic Deaths of Two Children

Kuwadzana Family to Relocate After Tragic Deaths of Two Children – A grieving family in Kuwadzana Extension has decided to relocate following the devastating loss of their two young children, whose bodies were discovered in the boot of a vehicle parked near their residence.

The heartbreaking incident occurred last week after the minors, Anopaishe and Anenyasha, went missing on Wednesday.

Their remains were found two days later inside the same vehicle, which, according to the family, has not yet been removed from the scene.

Speaking to local media, the children’s father, Mr. Anymore Muzanago, said the sight of the car constantly revives painful memories of the tragedy, making it impossible for the family to begin the healing process.

“We are still struggling to accept the reality of our children’s deaths. Seeing the vehicle every day and passing through the site of the tragedy is unbearable. The owner has not removed the car, and it is hindering our recovery,” he said.

The Muzanago family has since begun searching for alternative accommodation to move away from the traumatic environment.

Mr. Muzanago also revealed that the family has not received any of the funeral donations reportedly collected on their behalf.

“No cash has been handed to us. During our mourning, we were not in a position to follow up on the donations that made headlines. If anyone contributed through relatives or friends, we are yet to see that support,” he explained.

Despite these challenges, the bereaved father expressed gratitude for the groceries and assistance provided by individuals and organizations, including the Nyaradzo Funeral Group.

Philanthropist and former legislator Betty Kaseke confirmed that she raised funds to support the affected families and plans to hand them over once the Muzanagos return from their rural home in time for the handover.

“I am waiting for them to return to Kuwadzana Extension so that I can personally deliver the funds,” she said.

Meanwhile, a pathologist is expected to conduct further examinations as investigations into the children’s deaths continue.

Preliminary reports have ruled out foul play, with authorities confirming that the bodies showed no signs of mutilation, contrary to widespread social media speculation.
