An X user has contracted a deadly STD after flaunting a photo of a lady he was about to have s£x with on his X account.

He posted the photo and captioned it, “Today I will be swimming here,”.

However, things turned south after the lady infected him with an STD.

He posted a photo of his joystick that had been infected with warts and pleaded for help.

“Guys please. I am dying. What is the cause of this?,” he posed.

His post sparked reactions among X users.

While some sympathized with him, others trolled him badly.
