Gospel Icon Sinach to Ignite Harare Women’s Conference With Music, Mentorship

HARARE – Nigerian gospel sensation Sinach is set to headline the “Today’s Woman” conference, a three-day event scheduled to run from Thursday to Saturday at Glamis Arena in Harare.
The award-winning artist, best known for her global hit I Know Who I Am, is expected to arrive in Zimbabwe today to lead a programme focused on faith, mentorship, and women’s empowerment.
Organisers say the conference will draw thousands of women from across Zimbabwe and beyond, offering more than just music.
The event will feature international speakers addressing key issues such as business development, mental health, substance abuse, and parenting.
“We will have international speakers teaching on business, mental health, substance abuse, and parenting.
“There is also a talent show to showcase gifts. The highlight is Sinach will be here ministering, blessing women, and creating a moment for us to support each other,” said Dr Laverne Simukai, director of the Today’s Woman Conference.
The programme is designed to break denominational barriers and unite women from diverse backgrounds.
“The aim is to inspire and empower women from all denominations. We are breaking walls in the church, reaching every woman from every walk of life,” said Event Coordinator Elder Josie Chinhengo.
A talent search segment will spotlight emerging voices and gifts within the community, adding a creative dimension to the conference.
