Sulemana Abdul Samed in northern Ghana reaching 2.89 meters in height makes him the world’s tallest man although medical practiotioners are unsure of his precise height as they did not have the right measuring tools.
The height record breaker was at some time diagnosed with gigantism, leading to routine medical appointments.
Sulemana Abdul Samed stood against a measuring rod, and the nurse shockingly told him that he was taller than the scale.
Known by the nickname Awuche, meaning “Let’s Go”, Abdul had never stopped growing.
The medical professionals estimated Sulemana Abdul Samed’s height by attaching a pole as an extension over the rod.
