The women had enrolled in his fitness program with hopes of achieving flat tummies and toned physiques, but are now preparing for motherhood instead.

According to social media reports, the instructor allegedly engaged in consensual relationships with the women during the course of their training.

While three pregnancies have been confirmed, unverified claims suggest that up to six women may have been involved.

The fitness facility where the incidents reportedly took place has yet to release an official statement, and the identities of both the instructor and the clients remain undisclosed.

It is also unclear whether any formal complaints have been filed with local authorities.

The story has triggered intense debate across Ghanaian online platforms, with many raising ethical concerns regarding the conduct of fitness professionals.

“This goes beyond personal choices—it raises serious questions about professional boundaries and the misuse of trust in client relationships,” said Dr. Linda Owusu, a psychologist specializing in workplace ethics.

Social media users have also weighed in on the unfolding situation. One user wrote:

“They signed up for body goals and ended up with baby goals. This is an unfortunate twist.”

Another added:

“If these relationships were indeed consensual, both parties must take responsibility. But the trainer must also reflect on the power dynamics at play.”

This is not the first case of its kind. In previous years, gym instructors in both Kenya and South Africa have been accused of fathering children with clients under the guise of offering personalized training services.

The attention now turns to the expected births as August approaches.
