ZIFA announced the appointments on Wednesday, detailing the ambassadors’ roles. The association expressed pride in recognizing these national icons for their significant contributions to football.

In a statement, ZIFA said, “We are proud to announce the appointment of Peter Ndlovu, Bruce Grobbelaar, Benjani Mwaruwari, and Nomsa ‘Boys’ Moyo as official ZIFA Ambassadors. This initiative, endorsed at our Executive Committee meeting on November 2, 2025, celebrates their achievements and entrusts them with the task of representing Zimbabwean football globally.
