Fake Cop Forces His Joystick In Woman Found Kissing Lover
A man who impersonated a police officer before threatening to arrest two love birds he busted cuddling and k!ssing each other has appeared in court facing charges of rape.
Brian Moyo appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Collet Ncube and pleaded not guilty to the charge.
In defence he told the court that when he saw the victim’s lover and two other men running after him he had to run away thinking they were robbers who wanted to attack him.
Allegations against Moyo are that he impersonated a police officer when he bumped into the victim and her lover cuddling and kissing each other and threatened to arrest them. It is said he then demanded US$60 for him not to arrest them.
The victim’s lover is reported to have offered to go and fetch the money from his home.
Moyo is alleged to have remained behind with the victim, the court heard.
It is said that after sometime Moyo started fondling her breasts and kissed her before he allegedly rap£d her.
Moyo, the court heard, fled from the scene soon after s£xually attacking her.
The court further heard that the victim took a picture of him which she is using in court as an exhibit but it is reportedly unclear.
After a couple of minutes her lover returned in the company of two neighbours and he got shocked whenthe victim told him that she had been rap£d.
They quickly launched a manhunt and they bumped into Moyo before grabbing and dragging him to a police station where a charge of rape was filed against him.
