Diddy Accused of S3xually Assaulting 10-year-old Boy in 2005
Hip-hop mogul and rapper Diddy is embroiled in yet another lawsuit while in federal custody in Brooklyn, where he awaits trial on racketeering and sex trafficking charges.
The latest complaint comes from a plaintiff who claims he was a 10-year-old aspiring rapper when Diddy allegedly drugged and raped him in a New York City hotel in 2005 during what was purported to be an audition.
The lawsuit, filed in Manhattan’s state court by prominent attorneys Tony Buzbee and Andrew Van Arsdale, adds to a growing list of anonymous plaintiffs who allege sexual assault by the music executive.
Many of these individuals claim they were drugged and coerced into non-consensual sexual acts, often under threat of silence.
According to the new complaint, the plaintiff’s parents brought him to Manhattan to meet industry executives, including Diddy, to help kickstart his career.
He alleges that a consultant hired by his parents left him alone with Diddy in a hotel room, where he was given a soda that he suspects was laced with drugs.
After consuming the drink, the plaintiff claims he began to feel its effects, after which Diddy allegedly forced him to suck his p3nis. The plaintiff states he “froze in terror,” lost consciousness, and later awoke with his pants undone and suffering pain in his @nus and buttocks.
The plaintiff’s parents, upon noticing their son’s distress, were reportedly afraid of the consequences of reporting the incident. He now claims to suffer from severe depression and anxiety, requiring homeschooling after the alleged assault.
Diddy’s media team has dismissed the lawsuit as a publicity stunt, asserting that he has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone.
This latest lawsuit follows a high-profile case filed by Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, last November, which was settled within 24 hours.
