Chivayo Gifts Prophet Ian Ndlovu Luxury Vehicles and Church Donation Worth Over US$400K

Self-styled businessman Wicknell Chivayo has donated two luxury vehicles and a cash package valued at over US$430,000 to Bulawayo-based preacher Dr. Ian Ndlovu and his ministry.

Ndlovu who is the leader of Divine Kingdom Baptist Ministries in Bulawayo founded in 2008, his ministry has grown from a small prayer group into a large church that draws national and regional attention, partly due to his prophetic messages which often address leadership, governance, and social stability.

His sermons often extend into political realms, reflecting his belief that prophets are divinely chosen to address leadership issues of their times.

Ndlovu has issued a number of prophecies over the years that have drawn attention for their relevance to political and social events. He has made statements interpreted as warnings about leadership in countries such as Tanzania and Kenya, and in Zimbabwe, he has called for national prayer and peaceful dialogue amid political tensions.

Recently, Ndlovu appealed to Zimbabweans to pray for the nation citing that the spiritual world shows him a Zimbabwe confronted by serious chaos as a result of decisions to be made by those in power at the moment.

Despite the visibility of his work, he has avoided publicly aligning himself with any political party or figure, often emphasizing neutrality and spiritual responsibility.

Taking to his Facebook account, Chivhayo praised Ndlovu’s humility and spiritual leadership gifting him with a 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser 300 Series VXR, a 2025 Toyota Fortuner 2.8 GD6 for his wife, Angel Ndlovu, as well as US$100,000 for the completion of their church and US$50,000 for Mrs. Ndlovu’s charity work in Matabeleland.

“What I admire most is that you never use the pulpit to sow division, but rather, you have used it to foster dialogue and reconciliation.

“You have carried the Zimbabwean flag on your shoulders with pride, patriotism and dignity, a reminder that God still has a plan for our great nation of Zimbabwe.

“In recognition of your remarkable contribution to the Body of Christ and for remaining a true servant of God, I am pleased to extend my small token of appreciation,” Chivayo wrote adding that the vehicles were ready for collection at a dealership in Harare, with the full cost US$280,000 already paid.

“Please go to Faramatsi Motors at their Club Chambers showroom, corner Nelson Mandela Avenue and 3rd Street and see Farai. Both your cars are paid for in full and ready for collection.

However, there has been no official response or statement from Ndlovu or his ministry regarding the donation.

Some men of the cloth who have also benefitted from Chivayo also include gospel singer Charles Charamba who received a Toyota GD6 Fortuner from Chivayo last year.
