Brendan Taylor Hits Maiden T20I Century, Becomes Second Zimbabwean to Achieve Feat – Veteran cricketer Brendan Taylor has marked his return to international cricket in style, becoming the second Zimbabwean to score a T20I century.

The 39-year-old wicketkeeper-batsman reached the milestone during Zimbabwe’s clash against Botswana in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Africa Regional Final at Harare Sports Club on Sunday.

Taylor struck a brilliant hundred off just 46 balls, joining Sikandar Raza as the only Zimbabweans with T20I centuries.

Taylor’s achievement comes after making a comeback earlier this year from a three-and-a-half-year ban.

His century adds to an already decorated career, with the batsman now having centuries in all three formats of international cricket.

Fans celebrated his performance on social media, hailing his innings as a powerful statement of resurgence.
