Africans Being The Saviors: Man Receives Slaps For Attempting To Cross A Flooded River

A Zimbabwean man reportedly escaped death by a whisker after being rescued mid-way whilst attempting to cross a flooded river.

The video recording confirmed the incident as it shows one Good Samaritan who managed to swim and take him to safety only for the victim to receive hard slaps as punishment for risking life.

In light of rainy seasons and other weather related hazards for example the current cyclone Freddy,civil protection units urged citizens not to cross flooded rivers.
