ZRP Activates Systems as Reports Reveal Zimbabwean Woman Was Preparing for Divorce Before Alleged Triple Murder by Husband – New details have emerged suggesting that Zimbabwean professional Nothabo Zandile Tshuma, 42, was preparing to end her marriage and start a new life with her two daughters before she and the children were found dead at their home in Bedford, England.
According to friends quoted by British media, Zandile and her husband, Ndodana Mkhanyisi Tshuma, 45, had begun divorce proceedings and recently had their £1.3 million family home valued for sale as part of plans to separate.
Friends alleged that Zandile had decided to move on with her daughters, Natalie, 15, and Nala, five, after reaching a point where she had “had enough” of the marriage.

They further claimed that the relationship had deteriorated due to alleged infidelity and controlling behaviour. According to those close to the family, Tshuma had allegedly warned his wife, saying, “If I can’t have you, nobody will.”
Friends also alleged that Zandile had discovered her husband’s alleged affairs involving women in the United Kingdom, South Africa and Zimbabwe.
They claimed she had forgiven him on previous occasions but eventually concluded that the marriage could not continue.
According to the same sources, Zandile believed it was in the best interests of herself and her daughters to leave the relationship and begin a new chapter in life. Friends further alleged that she had become increasingly isolated because of what they described as controlling behaviour, including restrictions on her friendships and contact with relatives.
Bedfordshire Police have named Ndodana Mkhanyisi Tshuma as the man they are seeking in connection with the deaths of Zandile and her two daughters. Police say he left the United Kingdom via Heathrow Airport on Saturday and is believed to have travelled to Zimbabwe before the bodies were discovered.
The force has appealed to Tshuma to surrender and says it is working with national and international law enforcement agencies to trace his whereabouts.
Tshuma has not been charged with any offence. The allegations relating to the couple’s marriage are based on accounts from friends and remain unproven unless established through the legal process. Police investigations are ongoing.
