Zodwa Wabantu banned in Malawi

LILONGWE-The country’s Minister of tourism Michael Usi has stopped a show scheduled for Dominic’s in Blantyre on June 11 2022 featuring controversial South African dancer Zodwa Wabantu.

Usi says the ministry penned the organisers not to go ahead with the event as it is deemed not fit for the country.

Zodwa Wabantu is known for the fact that she performs without wearing underwear.

She was banned from performing in Zimbabwe due to the nature of her performances.

Wabantu was deported in Zambia over similar issues.
