ZIMSEC Announces the Release of Grade 7 Results
The Zimbabwe School Examinations Council (ZIMSEC) has Announced that Grade Seven Results are out.
This information was shared by Minister of Primary and Secondary Education, Torerayi Moyo.
In a post on social media platform X, Minister Moyo called the release a significant achievement for Zimbabwe’s education system. He noted that this event marks an important milestone in the academic year.
Minister Moyo said, “Today, I am pleased to announce that the 2025 Grade 7 Examination Results will be officially released at 12 noon. This is the third year in a row that our national examinations have been conducted without any leaks, showing our commitment to maintaining the integrity of education in Zimbabwe.”
He explained that the success in protecting the exams is a result of government policy. Minister Moyo linked the effective security measures to national development goals under President E.D. Mnangagwa’s Vision 2030.
He praised ZIMSEC and the educators for their hard work in ensuring a smooth examination process. “I commend the Zimbabwe School Examinations Council (ZIMSEC), our dedicated educators, and all stakeholders who have worked tirelessly to ensure a credible and transparent examination process,” he said.
“To our learners and parents, I urge you to receive the results with dignity and hope. These results are not just a reflection of academic performance but a stepping stone toward a brighter future,” he concluded.
How to View Grade 7 Results Online
Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to access your Grade 7 results online:
1. Visit the ZIMSEC Results Portal
Go to [zimsec.co.zw](https://www.zimsec.co.zw/) to access the portal.
2. Click on View Results.
3. Select Your School’s Region.
4. Register as a New User.
Fill in your details to create a ZIMSEC account.
5. Enter Required Information:
You will need your centre number, candidate number, and date of birth. Make sure to enter them correctly:
– Centre Number: A 6-digit code for your school.
– Candidate Number: Your unique exam number.
– Date of Birth: Use the format (DD/MM/YYYY).
– Name Order: Surname first, then first name, and initial of middle name if any.
6. Create Login Details:
Choose a unique username and password. Remember to keep them safe.
7. Log In:
Enter the username and password you created.
8. View Your Results:
Click on “Candidate Results,” and your Grade 7 results will be displayed.
