Zimbabwe Secures T20 World Cup Spot After Beating Kenya – Zimbabwe’s national cricket team has booked its place at the 2026 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup after defeating Kenya by seven wickets in Harare.
The Chevrons comfortably chased down their target, sealing qualification to the tournament, which will be jointly hosted by India and Sri Lanka. Namibia also secured qualification from the Africa region after overcoming Tanzania by 63 runs.

South Africa had already booked its spot earlier as one of the automatic qualifiers from the continent.
With this result, Zimbabwe joins a strong line-up of teams including defending champions England, India, Australia, Pakistan, and hosts Sri Lanka and India.
