Woman Dies in Head-On Collision Near Gadzema While Travelling to Sell Goods – A woman identified as Lizzy Sitole, popularly known as Mai Tadiwa, died instantly following a head-on collision near Gadzema in Chegutu on Saturday, 7 March 2026.

According to family members, the mother of three had recently turned to vending in order to provide for her children after the death of her husband, Willard Sitole, who passed away on 11 February.
The tragic accident occurred while she was travelling to sell goods. Her sudden death has left the family devastated, coming just weeks after the loss of their father.
She is survived by three children aged 11, 7 and 3.
