Witchcraft in Kuwadzana?? – Resident Stumbles Upon Winnowing Basket With Fresh Human Intestines – In the ghetto suburb of Kuwadzana in Harare, a gruesome discovery linked to a suspected case of witchcraft was made that sent shockwaves throughout the community.

It was in the wee hours of Thursday when a local woman was doing chores in her yard. She came across a winnowing basket containing fresh human intestines and human hair that was left abandoned by the corner of the house.

According to an eyewitness and owner of the house, the eerie basket was crafted using Chuma, which is a term for African traditional beads that were predominantly in red, black, and white colors.

Perplexed neighbours and residents immediately rushed to the house to witness the shocking incident.

In conversation with socialite Tete Tilda, she mentioned:

“Chaitika ndechekuti makuseni muskana achiita duty rake, saka atsvaira kudaro asvika pa corner apa ndobva aona chinhu chinenge rusero chakarukirirwa nechuma, chine red, black ne white. Mukati mamune matumbu ari fresh achiita kunge emunhu”

(“What happened is that this morning while the girl was half-way doing her duty, she came to the corner where she saw something that looked like an ornament”)
