The award-winning artist, born Wallace Chirumiko, was recently photographed holding a The Nothing Phone — a brand relatively unknown in Zimbabwe, where iPhone, Samsung, Itel, and Tecno dominate the market.
While it’s unclear where or when the picture was taken, fans quickly associated the choice of device with Winky D’s well-known reputation for being ahead of the curve in both fashion and lifestyle.
The specific model seen in Winky D’s hand appears to be the Nothing Phone 1 Dual SIM White, 12GB RAM, 256GB 5G.
The phone retails at approximately US$679.00.
