Makhadzi And Jah Prayzah Ignite Zimbabwe It started six months ago when South African “Magear” Hit-maker Makhadzi proposed to date Jah Prayzah on her official Facebook Page.
This is the first time an international duet with big names like Makhadzi and Jah Prazayah is performing outside Harare or Bulawayo.
The two music maestros will share the stage on Saturday at Kadoma Odyssey. This is one of the much-anticipated shows hosted by Two Kings Entertainment who are behind Makhadzi’s visit.
Socialite Madam Boss who has been in the news over her marital issues is going to be the hostess of the night. Makhadzi is featured on a single titled ‘Dzima,’ alongside Jah Prayzah. She recorded the song when she came for the JamAfro Festival held at Alex Sports Club.
Today, Sungura King Alec Macheso is celebrating “Kutadzirana” video at Tanza Centre in Chitungwiza, where he is expected to reunite with his legion of followers.
Fans will pay US$10 or the local currency equivalent, He is going to be supported by Andy Muridzo. The duo are musicians that do not disappoint when they perform live.
Baba Shero is the Sungura Guru in Zimbabwe who makes his fans go into a frenzy whenever he performs his hit songs.
The much anticipated SayWhat-organised Creative Reproductive health Arts for Transformation Festival (CRAFT) is on this Saturday and entry is free at Harare Gardens.
Speaking at a press briefing, SayWhat executive director Jimmy Wilford said in the spirit of inclusion among the contestants is one person with a disability.
Aleck Macheso will lead a stellar caster of musicians that includes, Anita Jaxson, Enzo Ishall, Freeman HKD, and Gringo. “We have a total of 36 contestants and among them is one person with a disability who is coming from Mutare and was listening to a song he is going to perform which I fondly liked,” said the SayWhat director.
