A Durban man was talked out of jumping off the third-floor window of a popular brothel, Butterworth hotel. It is said that the hotel is a brothel and witnesses suspect that he ran up a huge bill after long services with several women. The man was allegedly jumping out to his death in order to avoid paying bills.

From the videos circulating online, the undated incident shocked passersby who quickly called for ambulance services.
A man only wearing a T-shirt can be seen attempting to throw himself to the ground off a window of the highrise building.
Concerned eyewitnesses can be heard trying to talk him down as ambulance services try to reach out to him.
