Walter Magaya Leads Prayer Sessions in Prison – Prophetic Healing and Deliverance (PHD) Ministries founder, Prophet Walter Magaya, has reportedly been conducting prayer sessions for inmates at Harare Remand Prison, where he is being held pending trial on charges of fraud and other related matters.
Sources at the prison said Magaya has become a source of spiritual encouragement for many fellow inmates.

“He prays for us daily and shares encouraging words,” said one recently released inmate. “He has also helped some inmates financially and with legal assistance. He remains humble and focused on his faith.”
Magaya, who was arrested on November 1 along with his wife Tendai, has applied for bail at the High Court.
Meanwhile, Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) spokesperson Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyathi confirmed that investigations involving international complainants are underway.
“Individuals in Zimbabwe and abroad are encouraged to come forward and cooperate with authorities,” Nyathi said. He also provided police contact numbers for those wishing to report any information.
