Visually Impaired Masvingo Student With 15 A-Level Points Appeals for University Assistance – A visually impaired young man from Masvingo, 23-year-old Louis Machiansi, is appealing for assistance to pursue university studies after his outstanding A-Level results were withheld over unpaid school fees.

Machiansi, who completed his studies at Mutendi High School, scored 15 points, but the school is reportedly holding his results because of an outstanding US$200 balance.

He hopes to study Law at university and is appealing for help with fees and a laptop.
