The University of Zimbabwe is mourning the passing of its Registrar, Dr. Munyaradzi Madambi, a distinguished academic and administrator who dedicated nearly three decades to the institution.
Dr. Madambi joined the university in 1997 as a lecturer before being appointed Dean of Students in 2008, a role he held until 2022 when he rose to the position of Registrar.
During his tenure, he was instrumental in shaping the university’s student development, support and success programmes, leaving a lasting impact on thousands of students.
