UPDATE: Kapfupi Accuses Estranged Wife Mai Nga of Infidelity: ‘She is a Prostitute’

Zimbabwean Comedian Kapfupi, whose real name is Freddie Manjalima, has publicly criticized his estranged wife, Mai Nga, labeling her a “prostitute” after she left him at 1 AM to be with another man identified only as Tonderai.

Mai Nga took their four children—Loice, Stella, Freddie Jnr, and Bea—when she left, leaving Kapfupi feeling lonely and heartbroken at home.

In an interview with H-Metro, Kapfupi claimed, “She is a prostitute,” and accused Mai Nga of deceiving him by saving her lover’s contact name as “Yeukai” to give the impression of a female friend. He said, “In her phone, she saved his name as Yeukai but his name is Tonderai,” adding that she was even telling him “bharanzi achikarara.”

Kapfupi expressed his shock, stating, “It’s something that shocked me. She was a person I trusted, a person I thought we would be together even in old age.” He claimed that Mai Nga had been unfaithful even when they were still living together, saying, “She said he had a miscarriage but it was this guy’s pregnancy.”

He insisted, “I have all the V11s” and emphasized that he possesses evidence to support his claims. He quoted Mai Nga as telling his aunt, “Wangu ndinaye ende zveshuwawo angaanaye,” and mentioned her alleged miscarriage was attributed to her lover.

When asked about rumors claiming he was no longer satisfying her in bed, he responded, “I don’t know; if that is the case then she found what is right for her and we say congratulations.”

He added, “However, the love that I was giving her, if she finds it from this Yeukai, I don’t know.”

Kapfupi vowed to take action, saying, “I will expose him with the passage of time. Even if he is a law enforcement person, is he allowed to take other people’s wives?”

He expressed anger towards Tonderai, stating, “He went into my bedroom knowingly, insulted me… he must also lose his wife.”

He warned, “If I meet this guy, I don’t know what will happen. I have a small body but when we meet, this Yeukai, or Tonderai, he should be careful. He has tormented my family.”

Kapfupi declared, “He knew that this is Kapfupi’s wife, and if push comes to shove I will go on social media or even sing a song about this guy.”

He lamented, “They have destroyed my work, they have destroyed my family, but it’s okay. I was working with Mai Nga and now I have to find a replacement.”

When asked if he would accept Mai Nga back, he stated, “I don’t love someone who would have been taken by someone else. She is now someone else’s wife, I won’t take her back.”

This tumultuous situation is not new for Kapfupi, as he has faced challenges in his previous marriage to Margaret Gejo, which also ended amidst accusations involving their children. Now, he grapples with another explosive case of marital collapse.
