Tragic Death of Mother-of-Five After Butt Lift Procedure

A 33-year-old mother of five has tragically died following a liquid Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) procedure in the UK. Alice Delsie Preete Webb, a beauty therapist, passed away on September 23, mere hours after undergoing the treatment.

Liquid BBLs differ from traditional surgical methods by using injections of hyaluronic acid and dermal fillers to enhance the buttocks.

Reports indicate that Alice’s procedure was performed by an unqualified practitioner without proper medical training, raising serious concerns about the safety of such procedures.

The sudden death has prompted an investigation by Gloucestershire Police, who have arrested two individuals in connection with the case. Authorities are looking into the circumstances surrounding the treatment and the qualifications of those involved.

Friends and family remember Alice as a compassionate and devoted individual. Her close friend, Abi Irwin, described her as a “beautiful person inside and out.” Irwin lamented, “Alice passed away on Monday evening after a BBL treatment that went wrong. She had the biggest heart; her family was her world. This is an incredibly difficult and heartbreaking time for them.”

Alice’s partner, Dane Knight, expressed gratitude for the outpouring of support on social media, urging people to consider the feelings of their five daughters during this painful period.

Alice, who operated her own beauty business in the West Country, leaves behind Dane and their children: Delsie, 15; Preete, 13; Gracie, 12; Nylie, 10; and Clarie, 7.

The liquid BBL procedure is often marketed on social media as a “risk-free” and “cheaper” alternative to traditional surgery, but this tragic incident highlights the potential dangers associated with such treatments and the importance of seeking qualified practitioners.
