Three-Month-Old Baby Vanishes After Mother Leaves Home To Verify Husband Infidelity Claim – Police in Banket have launched investigations into the suspected abduction of a three-month-old baby who mysteriously disappeared from a home along Magamba Way on Sunday.

According to reports, the infant’s mother was approached by an unidentified woman who allegedly told her that she had seen her husband in the company of another woman.

Concerned by the information, the mother reportedly left her three-month-old baby and a three-year-old child at home while she went to verify the claim.

However, upon returning home, she made the shocking discovery that her infant was nowhere to be found.

A family member said the incident has left relatives devastated and desperate for answers.

“We are praying for the baby’s safe return. The family is heartbroken and cannot understand how something like this could happen,” said the relative.

The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) has appealed to members of the public who may have information regarding the missing child or the identity of the suspected woman to come forward.

Police spokespersons said investigations are continuing.

“We urge anyone with information that may assist in locating the baby to report to the nearest police station immediately. Every piece of information could be crucial,” said a police source.

Authorities are treating the matter as a suspected abduction while efforts to locate the infant continue.
