“These Are The Works Of Your Mother”: Man Posts After Allegedly Killing Wife, Her Sister

SOUTH AFRICA — A manhunt is underway after a South African man allegedly murdered his wife and her younger sister, then posted a chilling message on Facebook stating:

“These are the works of your mother.”

The suspect, named as Pitsi Malepe, is believed to have carried out the double killing during a heated domestic dispute over the weekend.

Neighbours reported hearing screams from the house before the bodies of the two women were discovered.

Malepe fled the scene immediately after the incident.

Hours later, he posted on Facebook: “Rest in Peace my love, these are the works of your mother.”

The message quickly went viral, sparking widespread outrage and heartbreak across social media platforms.

Local residents said the couple had been experiencing marital problems for some time, but no one anticipated such a violent outcome.

“They were kind people. No one deserves to die like that,” said a neighbour who spoke on condition of anonymity.

Police have confirmed that an investigation is ongoing and are appealing to the public for any information that could assist in locating Malepe.

Authorities say they are working tirelessly to ensure the suspect is brought to justice.

Women’s rights organisations have strongly condemned the killings, calling for urgent action to tackle gender-based violence.

“This is another painful reminder of the dangers women face in their own homes,” said one advocacy group in a statement.

As the search intensifies, the community remains in shock, demanding answers and accountability.
