The King of Squats Returns: Dream Bodies Begin at Supermed Health Expo 2025

The King of Squats Returns: Dream Bodies Begin at Supermed Health Expo 2025 – BULAWAYO — If your goal is a body that turns heads and legs that could crush steel, then you won’t want to miss the return of South Africa’s bicep-blessed powerhouse, Nkululeko Zane Dlamini — affectionately known as the King of Squats.

Back by popular demand, Dlamini is set to headline this year’s Supermed Health Expo 2025 for the second time, bringing his electrifying energy and unmatched fitness routines to the Zimbabwe International Exhibition Centre grounds on Saturday, May 3.

Dlamini first wowed Bulawayo in 2024 when he stole the spotlight at the same expo, igniting the crowd with intense workouts and his signature humility.

His arrival this year promises an even bigger fitness spectacle — and for men and women aspiring to sculpt dream physiques, this is the perfect chance to learn from the best.

“This isn’t just a fitness event — it’s a transformation journey,” said Dlamini. “We’re not only building muscle, we’re building lives. Exercise fights stress, substance abuse, and health conditions. That’s the real power of movement.”

The third edition of the health festival will also feature local gym warriors from Barberton and Beast Bae, along with group sessions in Zumba, aerobics, and glute-focused training. From sunrise to sunset, it’s all about sweat, stamina, and self-love.

But fitness isn’t the only focus — attendees can enjoy free health screenings for sugar, cholesterol, and blood pressure, plus expert talks from life coach Marilyn and business speaker Arthur Evans. DJs Mzoe, Nospa, Eugy, and The Travellers Band will keep the energy high.

Event organiser Duncan Hadebe praised Dlamini for inspiring attendees. “Last year, he lit up the stage — and this year, we’re thrilled to have him back. He embodies our mission: a healthier, stronger community.”

Admission is free. No excuses. If you want to change your life and body, the King of Squats is waiting — and he’s not here to play.
