Southwest Airlines Flight grounded after Passenger’s N@k3d Rampage

TEXAS – A Southwest Airlines flight from Houston to Phoenix was forced to return to the gate on Friday after a female passenger stripped n@ked and began screaming, causing a disturbance that delayed the flight for over an hour.
The incident occurred just as the aircraft was taxiing, with the woman walking to the front of the plane and yelling.
Witnesses described the scene as “uncomfortable and scary”.
“lt was very uncomfortable and really scary. I do remember her saying that she wanted to get off the flight. The woman allegedly yelled that she was experiencing a mental health episode, suggesting that her behavior may have been a symptom of an underlying condition,” one passenger recounted.
Another passenger, who wished to remain anonymous said,”She started, like, jumping up and down, screaming at the top of her lungs.”
Video footage taken by a passenger shows the woman completely undressed, walking up and down the aisle while screaming.
Following the incident, the flight from Hobby Airport in Houston was delayed for over an hour, with local law enforcement meeting the plane at the gate.
The woman was removed from the flight by authorities. She was then transported to the NeuroPsychiatric Center at the Harris Health Ben Taub Hospital in Houston for medical evaluation.
Southwest Airlines released a statement apologizing for the delay and confirming that local law enforcement had met the flight due to a “Customer situation onboard.”
The Houston Police Department stated that no charges were filed against the woman, citing that she was taken for medical evaluation instead.
Some passengers expressed surprise and concern that charges were not filed, considering the disturbance caused and the fact that there were children on board.
“Considering that she got n@ked in front of a bunch of kids and anyone else,” one passenger said.
