South African Woman Ageing Mysteriously After Relationship With Foreign National – A 31-year-old woman from Mtubatuba in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, has sparked widespread sympathy on social media after revealing how she allegedly began ageing rapidly following a relationship with a foreign national.
According to reports shared by facebook.com�, Snenhlahla Khoza said her health dramatically deteriorated shortly after she became involved with a Sotho man who later disappeared from her life.
Khoza claimed that she was only 27 years old when she first noticed unusual physical changes in 2022. She said her condition progressively worsened to the point where she now struggles to walk or care for her young child on her own.

“I immediately started changing after the relationship,” Khoza reportedly said while narrating her ordeal.
She further alleged that doctors have failed to identify the exact cause of her condition.
“They told me they do not fully understand what is happening to me because even my skin, organs and heart are affected,” she said.
The mother of one added that she has sought help from hospitals, prophets and traditional healers without success.
“There is nothing I have not tried. I have gone to doctors, prophets and izangoma, but nothing is changing,” she said.
Khoza also claimed that several spiritual healers told her she had allegedly been bewitched and that her condition could not be cured.
The heartbreaking case has generated intense debate online, with some social media users speculating that she could be suffering from Werner Syndrome, a rare medical condition associated with accelerated ageing. However, there has been no official confirmation that she has been diagnosed with the condition.
Reports indicate that Khoza’s mother is now taking care of both her and her child as her health continues to deteriorate.
The story has since attracted emotional reactions online, with many people calling for medical specialists and well-wishers to assist her.
