Sonja Madzikanda, Mother Spend Another Night in Custody as Bail Ruling Is Postponed – Wicknell Chivayo’s ex-wife, Sonja Louise Madzikanda, and her mother, Tabitha Madzikanda, will spend another night in custody after their anticipated bail ruling was postponed at the Harare Magistrates Court on Thursday.

The postponement reportedly came after the presiding magistrate fell ill before delivering the judgment.

Sonja and Tabitha are facing cyberbullying charges stemming from allegations that they unlawfully accessed a complainant’s mobile phone and downloaded photographs allegedly involving Cyril Ramaphosa.

The court matter has since been deferred to Friday morning, when the pair is now expected to receive their bail ruling.
