Social Media Erupts Over R@pe of Seven-Year-Old at School – Authorities are intensifying their investigation into the alleged r@pe of seven-year-old Cwecwe, despite a setback after her mother was involved in a car accident on her way to an interview with police.
She was allegedly @ttacked on the school premises while waiting for her transport.
Bergview College has come under fire for the poor handling of the case.
Civil rights movements are now demanding justice and an end to such violent acts.
On the other hand, the National Police Department has now taken over the case, with specialized officers deployed to Matatiele, Eastern Cape.

SAPS spokesperson Brigadier Athlenda Mathe confirmed that National Police Commissioner Lieutenant General Sehlahle Fannie Masemola has assigned the Family Violence, Child Protection, and S£xual Investigations Unit to lead the probe.
“The general has met with the investigation team to go through the docket and establish the facts. Our priority is to ensure justice and leave no stone unturned in making a breakthrough,” Mathe stated.
As protests erupt nationwide demanding justice for Cwecwe, police have assured the public that the investigation remains a top priority.
Officers will continue reviewing medical records and other key evidence to ensure accountability.
